Payment

We receive payment with most payment cards.
The amount will be raised first on your card when the item is shipped.
Payment takes place via paypal

 

Delivery

Orders are shipped with PostNord as a recomended shipping
You will receive a parcel number when your order has been shipped.
Normal delivery time in EU countries is 3-5 days.

 

Cancellation
As a consumer, you have 14 days of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item or you receive the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on multiple items ordered in one order and delivered individually.

You must, within 14 days of receipt, inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given to Sejeroe.saebe@gmail.com

In your notice, please let us know clearly that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.

(Based on our environmentally friendly views, we do not enclose a return slip and order slip in your shipment. This is to save unnecessary use of paper. Your order form will be sent to you in your mailbox when ordering. 

You can not regret just refusing the receipt of the item without giving us a clear notice of this.

NB. If your return item is a care product, we ONLY RECEIVE RETURNED PRODUCTS IN UNUSED PACKAGING. Packaging free products are not returned for hygienic reasons.

 

Return

You must send your order back to us without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must pay the direct costs for the return of the goods. You have the risk of the item from the time of delivery.
It is recommended to send your return package with package number, to ensure it is not lost.


Goods except for the right of withdrawal

The following product types are exempt from the right of withdrawal:

When purchasing packaging-free products. (NOT to be returned for hygienic reasons)


Delivery of goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinctive personal touch,


Delivery of sealed goods which, for reasons of health or hygiene, are not suitable for return and where the seal has been broken after delivery,


You lose your right of withdrawal if;

You break the seal on items that are not suitable for return for health or hygienic reasons.

The condition of the product when you return it

You are liable only for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you should not take it for real use.

If the product is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider the one used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the merchant's commercial value.


Repayment of purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will receive the amount you have paid back to us. In the case of a depreciation you are liable for, this purchase amount will be deducted.

If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but no additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and at all circumstances within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw this agreement. We make such a refund with the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the return, unless you have submitted documentation before returning it.

The Code of Conduct of the Buying Act may apply to goods purchases.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months of warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation. 

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of improper use of the product or other damaging behavior.

You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect of the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If your claim is warranted, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging and remember to receive a receipt for shipping so that we can refund your shipping costs.

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
Name, Address, Tel. and email address.

We make the registration of your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you.

The personal data are registered with and stored for five years after which the information is deleted.

As registered with Lundegaard's Skin Care & Lifestyle, you are always entitled to object to registration. You also have the right to understand what information is registered about you. These rights are in accordance with the Personal Data Act and you can contact: sejeroe @ saebe@gmail.com.

Appeals
If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact Sejeroe.saebe@gmail.com.
